Online & in person training
Handbalancing + Flexibility Training
Handbalancing and flexibility go hand in hand. More often than not, you need a certain amount of flexibility to have an optimal handbalancing practice. But dont worry, you dont have to be flexible to do a handstand! In my trainings, I like to pair flexibility along with handstand conditioning as this allows my clients to experience the process of handbalancing in a more productive way. The flexibility training I use is active flexibility and mobility. Based on my client's goals, I work to guide through many avenues of inversions such as headstands, forearm stands, crocs, and of course, handstands. As we advance, we can explore different shapes, transitions and movement as well as press handstands and one arm handstands. My style of teaching comes from my experience in circus, gymnastics, contortion and personal training. I use strength development, conditioning, repetition and play to help my clients reach their inversion goals. All levels welcome!
Strength/ Conditioning/ Movement Coaching
As a personal trainer and movement coach, I strive to help my clients feel better and stronger in their body. Through strength training, rebalancing, and locomotion, my clients can develop new sense of what it means to be strong and supple. We work together to break down old movement patterns and rediscover how the body was meant to move, with more freedom and less pain.
